As I previously reported, Jason was going to appear at at Cinémas Palme D’Or in Palm Desert on May 12th for a special screening of “The Perfect Family” with a live Q&A Session. Here’s a photo from his appearance.

Actor Jason Ritter made a personal appearance for the showing of his newest film The Perfect Family at the Cinémas Palme D’Or in Palm Desert last Saturday evening. The event began with a viewing of the film. At the conclusion of film the Mr. Ritter joined Cinémas Palm D’Or host Actor Wesley Eure (Dragon Tails, Days of Our Lives and Land of the Lost) with audience members for a Q&A session.
Jason Ritter is a third generation actor from his family, his grandfather was singing-cowboy Tex Ritter, his father was John Ritter of the very popular sitcom “Three’s Company,” and his mother is actress Nancy Morgan. When Jason was 5 years old and stated to his parents he wanted to become an actor he was given a stack of books and told by his parents “Acting is a craft, and you need to study to be an actor.”
While we are still happy about “Parenthood” getting a fourth season, sadly, we learn that NBC hasn’t picked up medical drama pilot “County”.
NBC has reportedly dropped Jason Ritter’s medical drama pilot County.
The project – also starring Michael Imperioli (The Sopranos) and Michael B Jordan (The Wire) – was created by Friday Night Lights writer Jason Katims.
However, it will not be picked up to series in order to allow Katims to concentrate on a fourth season of his show Parenthood, reports Deadline.
